HomeChoice will provide you, through experienced Building Services Engineers at Caradon Plumbing Ltd, computerised layout drawings using only the equipment / products of all HomeChoice members.

From the drawings prepared for yourselves you will have systems that will comply with all necessary National and Local Regulations and to your specific requirements. You will also receive a comprehensive specification, layout drawings and a schedule of equipment utilising all HomeChoice members' products.

All we need from you are:-
1:50 layout architectural drawings
Elevation and sectional drawings
Joist layouts (if applicable)
Construction details
Design specification if different from N.H.B.C.
Completed design questionnaire

In return you will receive:-
Computerised A3 layout drawings
Typical diagrammatic sketch
Typical wiring diagram
Detailed specification
Schedule of HomeChoice equipment

Unless otherwise requested all HomeChoice designs will be prepared all in accordance with the requirements of the current edition of the Building Regulations, N.H.B.C., BS5449:1990 and BS6700:1987 and all other relevant British Standards.
